When filling out the application, check one of the categories which
is most applicable to you. Do not check the
aisle seat category unless absolutely necessary. Since there are less aisle
seats than regular ones, checking this category reduces your chances
of having your order filled.
Once you submit your
completed application, TDF will mail you an offer every month listing four to
six theatrical events, including dance and music performances depending on availability,
with seating in the orchestra. Specific accessibility
information will be provided concerning the theatre of each listed event. There
will be a choice of dates, usually
a mix of matinee and evening performances.
Ticket order forms are enclosed with the offer. For theatergoers
with hearing loss, approximately every two months TDF will mail you an offer listing open
captioned and sign language interpreted performances with orchestra seating. If
any of the events interest you, fill out a separate order form and provide a
separate check for each event and return by mail. Include a $3.00 handling charge
for each order. If your order is filled, tickets will be mailed to you at least
one week before the performance. If we are unable to fill your order, your check
will be returned. Your specific seating needs will already be in our files.
